Join us next Thursday, September 19th, for Curriculum Night, as well as College and Career Night!
Curriculum night is an open house event to our community members to view some of the work our students have been doing in their classes at the beginning of the year. Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to speak to teachers and other staff members regarding their students and the programs offered at HCS. Curriculum night will take place from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the Elementary School, and 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in the middle-high school gym.
The Hancock Community Education Foundation will be holding College and Career Night from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., in the MS-HS Cafeteria. Students and family members will have the opportunity to meet with local business & trades representatives, as well as admission recruiters, to gather information and materials from a variety of in-state & out of state colleges, universities and businesses.
There is also an opportunity for ALL 9-12th grade students that attend to receive two $500 scholarships, courtesy of the Hancock Community Education Foundation.
This is an amazing opportunity for our students to connect with prospective employers and education institutions, we look forward to seeing you next Thursday!
