Congratulations to our D-H Eagles baseball team on their 6-5 victory in extra innings over Afton to bring home the MAC Championship! Deposit-Hancock got our to a 4-0 lead in the 4th inning, but Afton chipped away, scoring 1 run in the 5th inning and 3 more in the 6th to tie it. D-H took the lead 5-4 in the 8th when Kaden Rynearson hit a sacrifice fly, but Afton tied it in the bottom half. A single by Zech Begeal in the 9th scored Lucas Barnes and D-H was able to secure the MAC League Championship. Excellent work!!
